Return Policy

At Pippa & Vale, we want you and your little one to love your shoes. If they're not quite right, we offer a 30-Day Returns Guarantee under the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following must be met:
- Your request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The shoes are unworn (other than trying them on indoors), in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging.
- Worn, washed, or used items can't be returned unless they arrived faulty (see "Damaged or Faulty Items" below).
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at help@pippaandvale.com within 30 days of receiving your order, telling us whether you'd like a refund or an exchange and which item it relates to. Please include your full name and order number so we can help faster.
- Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned shoes, we'll process your refund or send your exchange.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving and approving the return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our fulfilment warehouse — we'll provide the return address once your request is approved. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we're happy to exchange — just let us know within 30 days and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your shoes arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away at help@pippaandvale.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to pay return shipping for faulty items. We may ask for a photo to help us put it right quickly.
